Love Problem - Within the Family

I have a boyfriend,he's 11 years older than me. He's separated with two kids. His children are living with him. I thought everything between us are good, but recently his daughter texted me saying that she never really liked my relationship with his father. I was dumbfounded. I always visit them and his daughter never treated me bad. I haven't spoken with my boyfriend yet. I've been calling and texting him but he will not answer. i love him so much but I don't want his family to have a conflict. I hope you can help me. Thanks a lot.

Its conventional. Children can never replace their mother. Talk to the girl and understand what's bothering her. Be good with her and win their confidence. You will have to practice unconditional love.

Time Management Problem

Hi there! First of all thanks for helping everybody out there... Well, my problem is; I'm with my boyfriend for more than four years.And I must say, the relation was not so tough before a year ago. I used to teach in a boarding school and I used to have summer and winter vacations with festive vacations in a year; so time management was not a big problem. Now, since I've joined a new job here at outsourcing company, I can't manage time for him.sometimes I feel really bad when he has to wait for a whole day and I feel like I'm not with him when he needs me.I don't get holidays here at my office and sometimes I've to work at holidays too.I can't leave the job bcoz you know, getting better job at the time of recession is very hard.
